This refresher is suitable for:

• Rescue team members currently holding or recently holding 6160-08

• Personnel who have completed 6160-03

• Personnel forming part of confined space emergency response teams

• High risk confined space operatives with designated rescue duties

• Employers maintaining compliant in-house rescue capability

This course is not suitable for inexperienced personnel or those without recent practical rescue exposure.

Candidates who require further instruction should attend the full Rescue & Recovery course.

Upon successful completion, candidates will achieve:

City & Guilds 6160-08 – Level 3 Award in Working as a Member of a Rescue and Recovery Team in Confined Spaces

Certification is subject to successful completion of:

• Knowledge assessment

• Practical performance assessment

All assessments are conducted in accordance with City & Guilds requirements and are subject to external quality assurance.

Theory Exam: 09:15 - 10:45

Practical Assessment: 11:00 - 15:30
